Merger Agreement Announced Between Century 21 Award, Century 21 Superstars

Century 21 Award, the number one franchise in the Century 21 system, and Century 21 Superstars, the number seven franchise in the Century 21 system, have announced a merger agreement which creates one of largest and most influential real estate companies in the nation. Both companies will continue to operate under their existing names, building upon the rich traditions and identities which have been developed through the years.

Combined, Superstars and Award boast 20 sales offices in San Diego, Orange and Riverside Counties. The firm's Southern California locations are market leaders in three rapidly growing counties which encompass 12,000 square miles geographically and serve a population base in excess of 7 million.

With more than 1,300 active agents licensed to the companies, the two firms have accounted for over $4 billion in residential sales activity during the past 12 months.
